Job summary

Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors studying Business or Finance. You will learn branch daily operations, loan processes, and regulatory requirements while working with managers and leaders to understand career paths within the organization.

The program provides hands-on experience in loan origination, processing, closings and funding, plus exposure to regional meetings and process-improvement projects across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing may be required to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations, loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths and career potential.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Support process-improvement projects within Branch Operations and related corporate roles.
