Job summary

Republic Finance is offering a Branch Operations Internship in North Carolina for current Juniors or Seniors majoring in Business or Finance. You will learn loan processing, funding, regulatory training, and the Branch Manager pathway, with a chance of full-time employment after graduation.

The program is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to participate in regional meetings and projects across departments, plus exposure to LinkedIn Learning and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable background and drug screen requirements.
• Eligible for insurance licensing per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Learn from Manager and Regional VP about responsibilities and promotion path.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Engage in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch background is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting). Benefits overview provided.
