Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. You will engage in day-to-day department projects, focusing on process improvements, data support, reporting, and documentation to build valuable real-world experience.

You will also collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, inventory, and finance teams, shadow customer service and branch operations, and assist drivers during product deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or recent graduate (within the last year) in a 2- or 4-year degree program.
• Knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, reading, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day department projects including process improvement, project management, data support, reporting, and documentation.
• Build relationships through meetings, events, and one-on-ones with employee owners and leaders.
• Collaborate with warehouse, quotations, branch operations, purchasing, inventory, and finance.
