Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking a motivated intern or recent graduate to support our Facilities Management team in San Jose, CA. You will help manage daily office operations, analyze ticket data, and assist in end-to-end purchasing and invoicing workflows.

You will work with vendors, track KPIs, and contribute to budgeting and regional reporting. A growth mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and trends.
• Highly organized with responsibility in handling financial documents and invoices.
• Excellent communication to interact with employees and vendors.
• Motivated to learn new tools and systems with a growth mindset.
• Preferred: internship experience in corporate facilities, property management, or hospitality.
• Preferred: understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) or workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist FM team in daily office operations to ensure high-quality employee experience.
• Monitor and analyze ticket data; track KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support end-to-end purchase order and invoice workflow; verify service delivery vs budget and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers to meet SLAs and maintain standards.
• Collect and analyze occupancy, utility, and facility spend to support strategic decisions and regional reporting.
