Job summary

LPU Batangas in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a proactive, analytical professional to support continuous improvement initiatives that optimize production processes, material flow and operational efficiency.

You will conduct cycle time studies, contribute to line balancing, PFEP maintenance, and design efficient internal material delivery routes between inbound warehouse, subassembly areas, production lines and outbound logistics.

Qualifications

• Proactive, analytical, project-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interest in manufacturing operations, lean principles and process improvement.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes, material flow and operational efficiency.
• Conduct cycle time studies to develop cycle time diagrams, identify bottlenecks and support line balancing.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles by participating in kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to enhance production line performance.
• Assist in developing and maintaining PFEP, including inventory levels, material flow and visual management standards.
• Help design and optimize internal material delivery routes between inbound warehouse, subassembly areas, production lines and outbound logistics.
