Job summary

Border States is seeking a Branch Intern to gain hands‑on experience in the Pewaukee, WI location. Interns work on real-world projects in process improvement, project management, data support, warehousing, and sales/operations while building relationships with employee‑owners and leaders.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in a 2–4 year program with strong data entry and office skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Currently a student or recent graduate (within last year) in a 2- or 4-year degree program.
• Strong knowledge of business office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry/keyboard skills and communication systems helpful.
• Prefer strong knowledge of PC for Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist department on day-to-day projects including process improvement, project management, data support, reporting and documentation.
• Build relationships with employee owners and leaders through meetings and events.
• Collaborate with various departments across the company.
