Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Branch Manager in Salt Lake City, UT to lead daily branch operations, drive sales, manage staff and control costs. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee customer service, SOP implementation, and lean process adherence to improve efficiency and profitability.

You will supervise training, performance, budgeting, and compliance while fostering a culture of operational excellence and accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or operations management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and good time management skills.
• Positive attitude and engagement with customers and employees.
• Ability to operate independently and take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the branch team to create and implement SOPs in all functional operations.
• Lead team, train staff, ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Manage P&L with SG&A cost containment and financial goals.
• Provide training, coaching and motivation to internal team.
• Establish quarterly branch meetings and a cadence for reviews.
• Develop annual budget/forecast and financial objectives.
• Implement LEAN and 5-S principles across operations.
• Ensure compliance, safety and inventory control across the facility.
