Qualifications

• 7 years of management experience or military leadership with financial planning experience
• Leadership in recruiting, managing, and developing personnel
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and state safety regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, grow sales, and forecast resources for branch operations.
• Develop and manage the branch's P&L statement and business plan.
• Build and maintain a high-performance culture that supports individual and team success.
• Monitor branch performance through KPIs, safety metrics, revenue, compliance, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Safety, HR, and DOT Compliance to resolve revenue, billing, performance and compliance issues.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer service and relationships to support growth.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profitability by identifying business opportunities, growing sales, and forecasting resource needs for branch operations.
• Develop and manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement and business plan.
• Build and maintain a high-performance culture that supports individual and team success.
• Monitor branch performance through KPIs, safety metrics, revenue, compliance, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional managers (Finance, Safety, HR, DOT Compliance) to resolve business issues such as revenue, billing, performance, and compliance.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to all workplace policies and procedures.
• Manage customer service and relationships to support growth.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 7 years of management experience, including P&L oversight and profitability improvement, or military leadership with financial planning experience.
• Leadership skills in recruiting, managing, and developing personnel for high performance and future opportunities.
• Military leadership experience is valued as management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of operations management in leasing, industrial, construction, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to make quick decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and state-specific safety regulations preferred.
