Job summary

BlueLinx Corporation seeks a Branch Administration Manager to lead administrative, accounting, inventory, and marketing functions in a distribution center. You will oversee invoicing, stock receiving, shipping, AR/AP, and marketing activities, ensuring process integrity and exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership, Corporate Finance & Accounting, HR, customers, and vendors to drive operational excellence and seamless branch performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in warehousing or distribution centers.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions of a distribution center and ensure data integrity.
• Process sales orders, credit memos, and PO transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, receiving, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations leadership and other teams.
• Oversee accounts payable reconciliations, invoicing, and customer billing.
• Support onboarding and branch communications; assist in marketing activities.
