Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field; BS/BA preferred
• 6–8 years experience preferred in finance/accounting for warehousing or distribution
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a warehousing environment

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, stock receiving, shipping, AP/AR, and time clock approval.
• Process sales orders, credit memos, and PO transactions; utilize AR resources as needed.
• Ensure inventory data accuracy from receiving to cycle counts to adjustments.
