Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field is required.
• Experience in commercial services management, facility management or janitorial management required.

• Knowledge of staffing costs, budgeted hours and branch workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of branch activities.
• Manage P&L including revenue, forecasting, COGS, project payroll, expenses, and variance analysis.
• Present weekly and monthly forecasts to upper management.
• Understand cleaning methods for carpet, furniture and wall panels, including upholstery.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and resources daily to meet service delivery expectations.
• Ensure tasks align with the team’s strategic goals.
• Provide feedback by monitoring daily activities of operations managers and branch administrator.
• Develop skills and knowledge of restoration and maintenance services.
• Ensure work orders are completed with time and notes, and within budgeted hours.
• Maintain a safe work area and care for equipment and vehicles.
