Happy State Bank is seeking a Branch Operations & Development Representative in Boerne, TX. This on-site position supports customers with a wide range of transactions, helps open accounts, and assists with loan processing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Strong time management and proofreading skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide range of financial transactions for customers and cross-sell bank products.
• Open accounts including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs and other offered products.
• Prepare loan requests and submits to loan processing.
• Order supporting documentation and ensure its arrival.
• Process loan payments, draw requests, and transfers; prepare loan packages for shipping and booking.
• Perform loan origination and portfolio management duties; verify documents for completeness.
