Job summary

Gallo Mechanical Services is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, customer service, and overall efficiency. You will coordinate quotes, purchasing, inventory, schedules, and vendor relations while acting as a liaison between customers, field personnel, and leadership.

In this role, you’ll manage work orders, track progress, handle administrative tasks, and help drive service excellence in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of office, administrative, service coordination, dispatching, purchasing, or operations support experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, construction, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customer quotes and proposals from development through closure.
• Track and coordinate all work order activity from initiation through completion.
• Research parts, equipment, pricing, availability, and logistics to support branch operations.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and provide backup support for branch administration.
