Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Retail banking or operations experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run cash drawer, open accounts, aid onboarding of new employees.
• Resolve problems for branch staff with support from branch leadership.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations to meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and compliance reviews.
• Balance teller drawer, vault, and ATM accurately and securely.
• Assist with onboarding and guiding new staff in systems and procedures.
