Job summary

Juniper Landscaping is seeking a Branch Administrator - Maintenance in Ocala, FL to partner with the Branch Manager on day-to-day administrative functions. You will own non-contract service support from opportunity creation to billing, maintain customer and property records, and collaborate with Shared Services on contract actions.

You will help recruit, hire, onboard, and process onboarding activities, manage month-end close, and support scheduling, ticketing, and invoicing workflows to ensure

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, including coordinating interviews and pre-employment screenings.
• Process month-end close activities and generate financial and operational reports for management review and analysis.
• Support scheduling and monitoring of work tickets, ensuring accurate job costing and completion in the landscaping management system.
• Assist in building ancillary service opportunities from creation through billing, ensuring documentation and approvals are complete.
• Support inventory processes including physical counts and data entry into accounting tracking files.
• Prepare and process credit memos per company thresholds with proper backup documentation.
• Assist accounts receivable activities including collections follow-up, invoice inquiries, and dispute research.
• Maintain accurate property records and customer contact information to drive billing and reporting accuracy.
• Submit purchase order requisitions and assist in receiving per procurement procedures.
• Serve as primary branch contact for corporate requests and route non-scope requests appropriately.
