Job summary

Juniper, a full-service landscaping company serving the Southeast, seeks a Branch Administrator in Englewood to manage essential administrative duties with care and accuracy. You will help recruit and onboard staff, handle I-9 verification, and produce timely financial and operational reports.

Responsibilities include overseeing work tickets, job costing, POs, and billing activities, while supporting back-office operations and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in landscaping or multi-site field services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and enforce procedures; assist investigations.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and I-9 verification processes.
• Process month-end close activities and generate management reports.
• Coordinate work tickets, ensure accurate job costing and PO handling.
• Assist in billing, change orders, and coordination with field crews.
