Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General admin duties including customer experience, billing and invoicing, maintaining records, scheduling, and sales entry.
• Accounts Payable: creating POs and coding/processing bills.
• Accounts Receivable: work with collections, credit requests, refunds, and invoices.
• Customer contract management and master data updates.
• Office supply inventory management.
• WDS Support: sales entry, routing, and client contact info updates.
• Month end tasks: assist with commissions SOP, MUR reporting, physical inventory.
