Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, delegate key responsibilities to operations and service management to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Drive program implementation and coach teams to meet operational objectives and improve performance.
• Review district indicators to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
