Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead branch staff to provide full Navy Federal products and services.
• Monitor cash operations and self-auditing to keep assets secure.
• Manage staff for vault opening, closing and balancing procedures.
• Participate in outside marketing and local events to recruit members.
• Recruit, onboard and train team members.
• Participate in budgeting, purchasing, tracking and records retention.
• Develop and mentor staff for growth in leadership and skills.
• Support cross-servicing of Navy Federal products and services.
• Lead and train team to deliver high-quality service.
• Analyze reports and conduct trend analysis to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, HR policies, and procedures.
• Supervise daily activities and staffing.
• Establish performance goals and conduct appraisals.
• Input for Annual Financial Plan (AFP).
• Ensure branch goals align with division strategy.
• Ensure efficiency of operations.
• Act as Manager in the incumbent's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
