Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business discipline.
• 5+ years of direct banking experience required.
• Direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and drive deposit/loan growth.
• Coach, train, and develop branch staff to meet sales and service goals.
• Open new accounts and discuss Treasury Management with business clients.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements.
