Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, NC. This on-site role focuses on welcoming members, promoting AAA products, and delivering outstanding service while supporting branch goals.

You'll handle member inquiries, process transactions, generate leads, and collaborate with a team to ensure satisfaction and growth. The position offers a regular weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and learning workplace technology.
• Multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet office and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
