Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote memberships, and provide trusted travel and insurance options in Jacksonville. You will support sales, handle inquiries, and help deliver a high level of member satisfaction while representing AAA with professionalism.

Based in our local office, you will work Monday through Friday with occasional schedule flexibility, contributing to team goals and ongoing member relationships.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused environment experience.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace tech.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions or concerns to senior staff, agents, or management when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while handling remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
