Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs. You will be the friendly face assisting members with memberships, travel products, and related services in a busy, in-office setting.

You will generate leads, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support the branch team while meeting sales and service targets. The role requires a high school diploma and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer-focused environment and delivering timely solutions.
• Able to take ownership, use good judgment, and seek solutions when challenges arise.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace tech.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for policies, travel products, tickets, and money products; balance cash drawer.
