Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Littleton, CO is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to welcome members, promote memberships and travel products, and help drive satisfaction and sales. This in-office role supports daily branch operations and member engagement.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position offers a full-time schedule, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment delivering timely, helpful solutions.
• Ability to take responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance information, and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate as needed.
• Process payments for policies and products, balance cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to staff and participate in office activities.
