NASA Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our branches and promote NASA FCU products and services. The role involves travel to other locations as needed and requires reliable transportation.

One year of cash handling experience is required. The position is tiered with education paths from MSA I to III, offering competitive compensation and a rich benefits package.

• Proven customer service experience.
• One year of cash handling experience minimum.
• Strong verbal communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Empathizes with members and provides solutions to make it easy for members to acquire and effectively use NASA FCU products and services.
• Identifies member needs to provide solutions on products that meet the member's needs and facilitate the member's financial security.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding accounts, rates, and loans; processes various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Handles complex member situations such as deceased member, guardianships, and representative payee accounts.
• Advises members regarding available insurance protection.
• Supports Call Center and other branches as needed.
