Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and non-cash transactions such as cashing checks and processing transfers.
• Assist members with account maintenance, disputes, and changes; promote electronic services.
• Handle card-related tasks, including activation, blocking, fraud research, and logging card activity.
• Refer members to Purdue Fed team members for product guidance and encourage self-service banking.
