Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales or comparable experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the first impression of the credit union to our members with a focus on service excellence.
• Promote SSFCU products and services to meet members' financial goals (checking, savings, loans, cards, insurance).
• Meet sales goals and identify cross-sell opportunities while educating members on digital services.
• Provide universal service and support teller and banker functions for growth and learning.
• Assist with other job-related duties as needed to support SSFCU's vision.
