Job summary

Indiana Members Credit Union seeks a Teller to serve as the primary contact for members at the Westfield/W.Carmel branch. The role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, loans and payments with accuracy and security.

Fluency in English and basic computer skills are required. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is preferred to support exceptional member service and trust within the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to use core banking system, CRM and imaging after training.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans and payments.
• Open/close accounts and issue cards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and handle large cash securely.
• Assist with night/ATM deposits and wire transfers.
• Communicate with back-office and assist with member requests.
• Provide information on products and services and cross-sell when appropriate.
