Qualifications

• Three to five years of related branch-management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of branch operations including teller functions, consumer lending, sales and service techniques.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Teller and Financial Platform to meet member needs.
• Develop methods to support department and organizational initiatives to deliver exceptional member service and needs-based sales culture.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to existing and potential members using a consultative approach to educate and fulfill financial needs.
• Lead team through daily monitoring, coaching, and development to ensure a professional and friendly resource for member questions and issues while building trust.
• Evaluate branch activities to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies; propose changes to management.
