Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, staff, and member services at multiple locations. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, driving a responsive, needs-based sales culture and ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, with strong communication and coaching skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including the Teller and Financial Platform to meet member needs.
• Develop methods to support department and organizational initiatives to ensure expected member service and needs-based sales culture.
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to existing and potential members using a consultative approach to education and needs fulfillment.
• Lead team through daily monitoring, coaching, and development to maintain a professional, friendly staff.
• Evaluate branch activities for compliance with laws and policies; propose changes to management.
