Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Financial Consultant at the North Valley Branch in Albuquerque, NM. Expect to work 37-40 hours weekly with open availability Monday through Saturday, delivering consultative financial guidance to members.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, educate members on products, and ensure accurate transaction processing while supporting teller operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Teller and Platform Operations.
• Ability to provide exceptional service.
• Accuracy in numbers, processing, and balancing negotiable instruments.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial needs through a consultative needs-based approach.
• Identify and educate members on value-added products/services to meet individual needs including accounts and consumer loans.
• Refer members to specialized departments as needed.
• Support the Teller line when required.
• Handle problem resolution within your authority level.
• Process transactions accurately according to policies and regulations.
