• Ability to complete duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills; licenses to sell insurance may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to sales of products and services.
• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offering loan solutions.
• Participate in Branch Manager Training Program for leadership development.
• Assist management in task assignment and branch operations to maintain service levels.
• Manage exceptions to policy with leadership; resolve product and policy issues for customers.
• Engage in inside sales calls to promote other products and services.
• Support Branch Manager in prioritizing tasks and analyzing branch income statements.
