Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Applicants MUST be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed.
• Effective communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve branch goals related to loan products and services.
• Review and approve applications and offer loan solutions within policy.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in daily task assignment to ensure quality customer service.
• Monitor and approve monthly expenses and assist with income analysis.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform other functions to support customer service and branch needs.
