Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring a role focused on providing quality service to customers seeking loans in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will work within a branch, using lending authority to review applications and offer appropriate loan solutions, while supporting daily operations and customer retention.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, willingness to relocate, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four(4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services, substitutes allowed for degree.
Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches when needed.
Effective written and oral communication and PC skills.
Ability to complete duties accurately and timely.
Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills under pressure.
Licenses to sell insurance products may be required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals for loan products and services.
Review and approve applications using lending authority and product knowledge.
Learn lending and collection duties through Branch Manager Training Program.
Assist management with daily tasks to ensure quality customer service.
Monitor expenses and help prepare income reviews with the branch team.
