Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services; military rank may substitute.
• Willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches; reliable transportation.
• Strong written and oral communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Learn lending and collection duties during the Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily tasks to ensure quality customer service.
• Manage exceptions to policy as authorized by management and resolve obstacles for customers.
• Proactively retain existing accounts and upsell other products and services.
• Coordinate multiple priorities and gather customer financial information.
• Monitor monthly expenses and assist in income statement reviews.
• Provide leadership in absence of Branch Manager and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform relief assignments in other markets as needed.
