Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry can be substituted for college degree.
• Must be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed; reliable transportation required.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and personal computer skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location unless emergency determined with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications; offer loan solutions based on customer needs.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in daily tasks to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Manage exceptions to policy with management approval and resolve issues.
• Engage with customers to promote other products and services.
• Assist Branch Manager in coordinating priorities and reporting.
