Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience; military rank may substitute.
• Willing to relocate and travel to nearby branches.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• Ability to complete duties in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve sales results and branch goals for products and services.
• Review and approve applications within lending authority.
• Learn lending and collection duties through Branch Manager Training.
• Support management in daily tasks to maintain quality service.
• Assist in management of expenses and analyze income statements.
• Lead branch team in manager’s absence and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform other duties as needed, including payments, applications, calls.
