Mariner Finance in the United States (Arizona) is seeking a branch-focused lender/analyst to provide quality service to customers seeking loans and to support branch operations.

The role offers a base hourly rate of $22.60 with eligibility for a monthly incentive based on individual and company performance. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and relocation/travel may be needed to support multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience in Consumer Lending or Financial Services; military rank may substitute.
• Must be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches; reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and PC skills; ability to complete duties accurately and timely.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve results and meet branch goals related to sales of products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications; offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Assist management in daily tasks and training; support branch operations.
• Maintain customer accounts, perform inside sales calls, and manage exceptions per policy.
