Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and PC skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties/functions timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Work at the assigned branch location unless emergency relocation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to loan products.
• Review and approve applications; offer loan solutions using product knowledge.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training.
• Assist management with daily task assignment for quality service.
• Approve exceptions to policy as authorized; resolve product/service obstacles.
• Retain and upsell by contacting customers about other products.
• Support Branch Manager with priorities, collect financial information, and report progress.
• Monitor expenses per annual business plan; analyze income statements for action.
• In absence of manager, provide leadership and coordinate branch operations.
• Perform relief assignments in other markets as needed and handle routine tasks.
