Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry can be substituted for college degree.
• Relocation and travel to surrounding branches may be required. Reliable transportation is required.
• Effective communication (written & oral) and personal computer skills.
• Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch.
• Must perform work at the assigned branch location except in emergencies as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to the sale of company products and services.
• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions that meet customer needs.
• Participate in Branch Manager Training Program to learn lending and collection duties.
• Assist management in daily task assignment to ensure quality customer service.
• Manage approvals of policy exceptions as authorized by management.
• Engage in retention activities to develop awareness of other products and services.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on multiple priorities and gather necessary financial information.
• Monitor monthly expenses and assist in reviewing branch income statements.
• Provide leadership in the manager’s absence and coordinate operations.
• Perform relief assignments in other markets as needed.
• Other duties include payments collection, loan processing, and customer contact.
