Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to the sale of company products.
• Review applications and offer loan solutions using product knowledge.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in daily tasks to ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist with policy exceptions and problem solving for customers.
• Engage in retention calls and cross-sell other products and services.
• Support Branch Manager with multiple priorities and reporting.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Branch Manager.
