Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Bloomington, IL to lead a high-performance team and drive growth in a recession-resistant service industry. You’ll oversee operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting financial targets.

This role includes a company vehicle and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a sales mindset, a valid license, and the ability to obtain any required pesticide certification.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation after training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching opportunities and training.
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue generation and growth, with daily check-ins and accountability.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of training.
