Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive growth in our pest control business. You will oversee operations, develop a strong team culture, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving financial goals.

Candidates should have strong leadership abilities, willingness to relocate within the region after training, and a track record of driving results in a service-oriented industry. Training and company support are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching opportunities and training.
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement.
• Drive revenue generation and growth, with daily check-ins of activities and accountability for results.
• Showcase superior operational skills, including P&L management and strategic growth investments.
