Job summary

Orkin LLC in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performance team and grow a profitable pest control operation. You’ll drive revenue, ensure top customer satisfaction and develop staff through coaching and training.

You’ll manage a P&L, invest in growth initiatives and foster community partnerships while delivering exceptional service. Sales leadership experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; relocation within the region may be required after training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire branch operation after training.
• Develop leadership in team through coaching and evaluations.
• Drive customer retention with superior service.
• Inspire and motivate team to achieve growth targets.
• Manage Profit & Loss and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff across sales and service.
• Be willing to relocate within region after training.
