Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Illinois to lead a high‑performance team. You will drive revenue growth, deliver top‑notch service, and mentor technicians through a comprehensive training program.

This role includes managing operations, developing staff, supporting community service initiatives, relocating within the region after training, and earning a competitive salary with company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation and grow revenue while achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach team members, including field evaluations and training.
• Deliver top-notch service and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Showcase operational skills with P&L responsibilities and growth investments.
• Support recruitment, selection, and training across sales, service, and customer staff.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
