Orkin is looking for a Branch Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth in Bloomington, IL. You will oversee training, field operations and customer satisfaction while managing staff across sales and service teams.

The role emphasizes leadership development, a service-oriented mindset, and community engagement, with a path toward advancement within a nationally recognized pest control leader.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training
• Demonstrate proven leadership development of others, including field evaluations and coaching opportunities
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement
• Drive revenue growth, motivate the team through daily check-ins and accountability for results
• Manage Profit & Loss and invest in growth while balancing expenses
• Recruit, select and train staff across sales, service and customer service roles
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training
