Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services. Military rank may substitute.
• Applicants must be willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed. Reliable transportation required.
• Strong written & spoken communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Meet branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
• Review applications and offer loan solutions within lending policy.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management in daily tasks to ensure strong customer service.
• Manage exceptions to policy with guidance from management.
• Maintain customer accounts and reach out to develop awareness of other products.
• Support Branch Manager in prioritizing tasks and reconciling reports.
• Provide leadership in manager's absence and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform relief assignments across markets as needed.
• Other duties include payments collection, loan processing, calls for late payments, etc.
