Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending or Financial Services.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches when needed.
• Demonstrated communication and PC skills.
• Ability to complete duties in a timely and accurate manner.
• Must obtain required licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Duties performed at the assigned branch location unless emergency said by company.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Achieve consistent results and meet branch goals related to product sales.
• Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving applications and offer loan solutions.
• Learn lending and collection duties via Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily task assignments to ensure quality customer service.
• Manage exceptions to policy and resolve product/service obstacles for customers.
• Retain and upsell by contacting customers about other products and services.
• Support Branch Manager in multiple priorities and coordinate daily operations.
