Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience in Consumer Lending/Financial Services.
• Willing to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed.
• Effective communication and PC skills are required.
• Ability to complete duties accurately and timely.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
• Licenses to sell insurance products may be required.
• Work location at assigned branch with potential travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans.
• Meet branch goals related to sale of company products and services.
• Review and approve loan applications; offer loan solutions meeting customer needs.
• Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
• Assist management with daily tasks to maintain high customer service levels.
• Manage policy exceptions as authorized and resolve product/service issues.
