Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-focused loan professional in Nashville to provide quality service to existing and prospective customers. You will help meet branch sales goals by offering suitable loan products and exercising lending authority when reviewing applications.

You will participate in a Branch Manager Training Program, assisting in daily tasks and ensuring superior customer service. The role may involve some travel to nearby branches and requires relocation willingness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending or Financial Services.
Willingness to relocate and travel to surrounding branches as needed.
Effective communication (written & oral) and PC skills.
Ability to complete duties accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
Achieve branch goals related to sales of company products and services.
Exercise lending authority when reviewing applications and offering loan solutions.
Learn lending and collection duties during Branch Manager Training Program.
Assist management in daily tasks to ensure quality customer service at the branch.
Monitor and approve monthly expenses in line with the annual business plan.
